SpreadSheets Assistant is a spreadsheet app, which lets you create and edit XLS/XLSX format spreadsheets on your iPhone or iPod Touch. It is compatible with Excel, Numbers and any other XLS/XLSX-based Spreadsheet program.
GENERAL FEATURES

● Date formats, date separators and numeric separators are all handled correctly according to the current locale, with manual override. Out of all the iPhone spreadsheets, only Sheet² does this correctly!

Couldnt find a way to move spreadsheets between the app and my computer. It doesnt appear to be possible to select multiple cells. "app support" took me to a German website. Disappointed.
The screenshots on the App Store page ARE NOT anywhere to be found in this app. So essentially its a rip off. Was hoping this was by the same developer and therefore a successor to my old app "SpreadSheet " (solid blue square, white Epsilon). Not sure why that app doesnt exist in the App Store anymore and no iOS7 update has come yet. Anyhow, need to get to know this app better but it is more limited than that other app. Cant select multiple cells for one, keep getting an error message when I try to save or save as a file that I bring in from an email. The screenshots on the App Store page ARE NOT anywhere to be found in this app. Will update this as things improve but for now , 1 star max.
Cant change width of columns or highlight groups of cells ... Or its not easy enough to figure out, wasted my $3
I love this app. Can someone tell me how to select multiple rows or columns. Thanks
Been using an earlier version on my iPhone 4s and loved it. When I upgraded to the 5s, this app did not transfer over. So, I repurchased the app. To my surprise, the ability to pass code protect each file was not included. This is a major mistake. Pass coding the phone itself is not enough. The second level of protection is a critical security feature
